Best GEO Tools for Marketing Agencies Managing Multiple Clients: Pricing, Features & Reporting
Compare nine GEO tools for agencies running multiple client brands, from project limits and real monthly cost to how fast you can build a pre-sales report. See where Dageno helps agencies most: free no-setup prospect diagnosis, 9 platforms and 86+ regions on the entry plan, and evidence behind every number.
When you choose a GEO tool, check three things first: how many client projects a plan holds, whether you can diagnose a prospect cheaply before they sign, and whether every number in a report traces back to the original AI answer. If you win clients through pre-sales diagnosis and serve brands in several countries, start with Dageno: Brand Explorer gives a free, no-setup first diagnosis, and the entry plan already includes 9 AI platforms and 86+ countries and regions. For 1, 2 and 5 clients, Dageno costs $49, $199 and $410 a month.
Managing GEO for one brand is one thing. Managing visibility research, client reporting and ongoing optimization across five or ten client brands is a different operational challenge. Your clients now ask how they show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI results. To answer them at scale, you need more than a tool that runs prompts. You need a workflow: diagnose a prospect quickly, keep each client in its own project, compare competitors and cited sources, and turn the findings into reports clients can read. The part most agencies underestimate is pre-sales: every prospect needs a round of research before you can write a convincing proposal, and nobody pays for that round.
This guide compares nine tools and tool families for that job. It uses the same eight checks for each one, from project limits to true monthly cost. Prices are public monthly list prices in US dollars, before tax, checked on each vendor's pricing page on November 4, 2026. Annual discounts, partner benefits and private quotes are labeled separately. This guide is published by Dageno, so Dageno appears in the list; it is described with the same fields and limits as every other tool. The last section covers Dageno's six advantages for agencies, and when it is not the right fit.
Why Marketing Agencies Need a GEO Tool Built for Multiple Clients
A tool built for one brand breaks down when an agency runs ten. The problem is rarely missing data. It is keeping ten sets of prompts, markets, competitors and reports separate, comparable and on budget.
Clients Are Asking Why AI Recommends Competitors Instead of Their Brands
The question usually arrives in a status call. A client asked ChatGPT for the best tool in their category and saw three competitors, but not themselves. They want to know why, and what you will do about it.
A screenshot from one manual query cannot answer that. AI answers change from run to run, so one result is a sample, not a ranking. In SparkToro's January 2026 study, 600 volunteers ran 12 prompts 2,961 times across ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI. The authors estimated less than a 1-in-100 chance that ChatGPT or Google's AI would return the same list of brands twice. An agency needs repeated samples, recorded conditions and the cited sources behind each answer.
Traditional SEO Platforms Don't Cover the Full GEO Workflow
Your SEO platform still matters. Rankings, backlinks and technical audits explain a lot about why a page can be found. But they do not show what an AI answer says about the brand. An SEO report will not tell you that ChatGPT named a competitor first, described your client's pricing wrongly, or cited a review site instead of the client's own page. That needs a separate record of prompts, answers and citations.
The Agency Challenge Is Operational: Multiple Brands, Markets, and Reports
For an agency, the hard part is running many clients at once. Each client has its own products, markets, competitors and reporting dates. A five-client portfolio might cover three countries and four AI platforms, with a different report due each week. The tool has to keep that work separate per client, keep test conditions fixed, and stay inside a budget you can price into a retainer.
What to Look for in the Best GEO Tools for Agencies Managing Multiple Client Brands
The best GEO tool for agencies managing multiple client brands is the one whose limits match your client count and service model. Feature lists look similar. The differences show up in eight places:
What to check
Questions to ask the vendor
Why it matters for an agency
Multi-client projects
How many brands or clients per account? Is each client's data kept separate?
Decides whether you can standardize one workflow for every client.
Measurement unit
What does one prompt, credit or check include? Does one prompt on two platforms count twice? How often is it refreshed?
"50 prompts" on two tools can be very different amounts of work.
Models and regions
Which AI platforms and countries are included? Do extra ones cost more?
Your clients' markets decide both the setup and the bill.
Fast prospect diagnosis
Can you see a prospect's AI visibility before you write prompts and wait for data?
Decides how long pre-sales research takes.
Research depth
Can you analyze market segments, buyer intents, brand value propositions, competitors and sources?
Lets you recommend a strategy, not just report a number.
Client-ready reporting
Can reports be shared or exported? Can a client trace a number back to the answer and source? Branded or scheduled reports?
Decides how much time each report costs your team.
Integrations and workflow
Which plan includes MCP, API, bulk setup, exports, client logins and white-label?
Decides whether you must switch tools when you grow from 3 to 15 clients.
True total cost
What do the base plan, extra clients, prompts, models, regions, seats and reports cost together?
The entry price rarely matches what you will actually pay.
The measurement unit causes the most confusion, so here is one example. Suppose you want to track 25 buyer questions on ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews:
On Dageno, the same prompt on two platforms counts twice, so you use 50 monitoring prompts.
On Otterly, a prompt runs on all four included engines, so you use 25 prompts.
On Peec AI, one credit is one prompt on one model for one day, so you need 25 × 2 × 30 = 1,500 credits a month.
On AthenaHQ, one credit is one AI response, so daily tracking also uses about 1,500 credits a month.
All four describe the same job. Always convert a plan into "questions × platforms × regions × frequency" before you compare prices.
Best GEO Tools for Marketing Agencies Managing Multiple Clients
The nine tools below are grouped by the kind of agency they suit, in no order of merit. To make them easy to compare, each one is described with the same set of fields. Where a vendor has not published a detail, we mark it "confirm with vendor"; that does not mean the feature is missing. All plans, limits and prices come from each vendor's public pricing page on November 4, 2026. One more thing to keep in mind: credits, prompts and projects mean different things on each tool, so avoid comparing the numbers one to one.
Dageno — Best for Agencies That Win Clients Through Pre-sales Diagnosis and Serve Multi-market Brands
Best for: agencies that start with pre-sales diagnosis and market research, then turn the findings into content, PR and competitive strategy; especially teams whose clients sell in several countries.
Main advantages for agencies: a free, no-setup pre-sales diagnosis in Brand Explorer; 9 platforms and 86+ regions on the entry plan; automatic discovery of competitors and products the prospect never listed; three research layers (segments, intents, value propositions); every number traceable to the original answer; partner pre-sales support. See the last section for details.
Multi-client capacity: Starter 1 project, Growth 2, Scale 5. Scale is the plan built for multiple brands or clients. Above five clients on one account, ask for a quote.
Models and regions: 9 standard AI platforms (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overview, Copilot, Brave, Dola) and 86+ countries and regions from Starter, with no add-on fees for standard platforms or regions. Amazon Alexa is a custom integration.
Measurement unit: custom monitoring prompts (50 / 250 / 600). The same prompt on different platforms or in different regions counts separately.
Reporting and client access: the Brand Explorer public lookup is free forever, covers 12,000+ niche markets and 3,000,000+ brands, and returns results in about 5 seconds. Growth adds issues and opportunities, change alerts and recurring reports; Scale adds monthly market reports. Client logins and white-label are handled through partnership terms; confirm them with Dageno.
Integrations: MCP from Growth; API, batch configuration and exports on Scale.
Public price: $49 / $199 / $410 per month; annual billing saves about 15%.
Limitations: Starter has 1 project, so do not plan to run several paying clients on $49. Two clients fit Growth ($199); three to five clients fit Scale ($410). The 5-second lookup only covers brands and markets already in Dageno's data.
Figure 1. Dageno Brand overview. One page shows a brand's visibility, rank, platform and regional performance, and the brands AI most often names alongside it. Example market: Apple · Smart Watches (Apple is a public example, not a Dageno customer); cropped to the main panel.

Peec AI — Best for Agencies That Need Dedicated Client Workspaces and Agency Operations
Best for: agencies that want built-in pitch projects, client logins and one invoice.
Multi-client capacity:Agency plans include 3 projects (Essential), 10 (Growth) or 25 (Scale), plus 3, 5 or 7 pitch projects that run for 7 days.
Models and regions: ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini and Naver AI on Essential and Growth; Scale adds Perplexity and API models. Essential covers 1 country; Growth and Scale cover 3.
Measurement unit: 1 credit = 1 prompt × 1 model × 1 day. Plans include 10,000, 25,000 or 65,000 credits. Each project needs at least 900 credits.
Reporting and client access: unlimited team and client users, shareable dashboards and CSV exports.
Integrations: MCP; check API and Looker Studio access per agency plan on the pricing table.
Public price: $245 / $495 / $795 per month; about 15% off annually.
Limitations: the brand plans ($95–$495) are not the agency plans. Credits are not the same as Dageno's monitoring prompts.
Otterly — Best for Lower-cost Prompt Monitoring
Best for: agencies that need affordable daily tracking across many small client workspaces.
Multi-client capacity: Standard and Premium include unlimited workspaces. Agency Partners also get pitch workspaces, Looker Studio reports with their own branding and one invoice.
Models and regions: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot are included. Google AI Mode and Gemini cost $59 a month each on Standard; Claude costs $109.
Measurement unit: search prompts: 15 (Lite), 100 (Standard), 400 (Premium). Extra prompts cost $99 per 100.
Reporting and client access: reports and exports; Data Studio connector from Standard.
Integrations: API and MCP from Standard (2,000 requests a month each).
Public price: $29 / $189 / $489 per month.
Limitations: partner prompt bonuses (150 on Standard, 500 on Premium) apply only after you apply and are accepted. They are not default for new accounts.
SE Visible — Best for Agencies Prioritizing Project Capacity at a Predictable Price
Best for: agencies that want many projects at a fixed price.
Models and regions: ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini and Copilot on every plan; Agency adds Claude through the API. Basic allows 1 location per project; Core and Agency allow unlimited locations.
Measurement unit: tracked prompts: 75, 200 or 1,000.
Reporting and client access: Data Studio connector; client logins are mentioned in its FAQ, so confirm which plan includes them.
Integrations: API and MCP on all three plans.
Public price: $89 / $189 / $399 monthly, or $71 / $151 / $319 per month billed annually.
Limitations: compare research depth separately. Project count alone does not tell you how much analysis each project gets.
Profound — Best for Agencies With Larger Budgets and Advanced Workspaces
Best for: larger agencies that want separate full workspaces and Profound's agent tools.
Multi-client capacity:Agency Growth includes 10 pitch workspaces a month (25 prompts, 7 days). Each full client workspace is a $399 add-on.
Models and regions: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews per workspace; other engines are available on custom plans. 1 language per workspace.
Measurement unit: 100 unique prompts per client workspace, run daily.
Reporting and client access: CSV and JSON exports for client workspaces; 5 agency seats.
Integrations: API on Agency Enterprise.
Public price: $99 a month plus $399 per client: $498 for 1 client, $1,296 for 3, $2,094 for 5.
Limitations: Profound Agents is a content and workflow product. Do not compare it to monitoring features one to one.
Scrunch — Best for Agencies Combining Visibility Monitoring With Site-level AI Optimization
Best for: agencies that also want to change how AI agents read client sites.
Multi-client capacity: Agency Core is $500 a month, according to Scrunch's pricing FAQ. Workspace and prompt limits for agencies are not on the public page, so confirm them with the vendor.
Models and regions: the brand Core plan covers ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot in 1 country; Enterprise covers 9 platforms.
Reporting and client access: reporting dashboard; Looker Studio and API on Enterprise.
Integrations: AXP (Agent Experience Platform) on Enterprise.
Public price: brand Core $250; Agency Core $500.
Limitations: do not assume the brand Core limits apply to Agency Core.
AthenaHQ — Best for Credit-based AI Answer Monitoring at Scale
Best for: teams that want wide model coverage and plan by answer volume.
Multi-client capacity: the pricing page does not state brand or workspace limits; Enterprise is listed for "Enterprises & Agencies". Confirm with vendor.
Models and regions: 11 models on Starter, including ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini and Claude. Starter supports a single country; Enterprise supports multiple regions.
Measurement unit: 1 credit = 1 AI response. Starter has 3,600 credits a month with a one-month rollover. That is not 3,600 prompts a day.
Reporting and client access: CSV export; BI dashboards on Enterprise.
Integrations: API and extra credits are paid add-ons on Starter.
Public price: $295 a month; Enterprise is custom.
Limitations: 20 prompts on 2 platforms every day already uses 1,200 credits a month.
Ahrefs Brand Radar and Semrush — Best for Agencies Extending Existing SEO Tool Stacks
Best for: agencies already paying for Ahrefs or Semrush.
Two ways to measure:Ahrefs Brand Radar offers custom prompts you set up yourself and an AI Visibility Index. The index is pre-collected, so you can look up a brand with no setup. Ahrefs says it works best for brands with real search demand. The Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit includes 25 tracked prompts per domain.
Models: Brand Radar covers AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini. Semrush names Google AI Mode and ChatGPT as examples for prompt tracking; confirm the full list.
Public price: Ahrefs custom prompts start at $50 a month ($699 for all models), and the index is $199. Semrush's toolkit is $99 a month, plus $99 for each extra domain.
Limitations: work out the extra cost on top of your current plan. Ahrefs says prompt tracking is included on paid Lite plans and above, so check what you already have.
How Much Should Agencies Budget for GEO Tools Across 1, 2, or 5 Clients?
For light monitoring, the cheapest tool changes as your client count grows. The reason is project limits, not the price per prompt. All scenarios below use the same job: ChatGPT plus Google AI Overviews, one region, daily tracking for 30 days. Prices are public monthly list prices before tax. Each cell is the cheapest public plan that fits, based on the limits the vendor publishes.

Figure 2. Monthly list price for the same tracking job. Original chart from public pricing pages, November 4, 2026.
These numbers compare one tracking job, not features. They leave out research modules, client logins, white-label, seats, overage and annual discounts. Rerun the table with your own prompts, platforms and regions before you sign. Add two more costs as well. One is pre-sales: Dageno Brand Explorer is free, while every other pitch workspace sits inside a paid plan. The other is adding countries: Dageno charges nothing extra for standard regions, while the entry plans of Peec AI, Scrunch and AthenaHQ include 1 country.
How to Choose the Right GEO Tool for Your Agency
Start from your situation, then check the limit that usually catches agencies in that situation.
Agency situation
Capabilities to prioritize
Watch out for
Starting GEO with 1 client
Fast diagnosis, basic research, low cost, results you can explain
Prove client demand first. Do not pay for API or white-label you will not use yet.
Managing 2–5 clients
Multiple projects, clear prompt or credit rules, steady reports, competitor and citation research
Check the project limit, not the entry price.
5+ clients or automation
API, bulk setup, client access, exports, data separation, contract support
Confirm the real agency workflow and price. Do not assume white-label is included.
Already on Ahrefs or Semrush
Extra GEO research, overlap with your current plan, separate client reports
Work out the added cost so you do not pay twice.
Mostly pre-sales proposals
Fast diagnosis, brand and market research, original evidence you can trace
Time the full path from typing a brand name to a readable report, and check whether each prospect diagnosis costs money.
Clients in several countries
Platforms and regions in the entry plan, and whether extra countries cost more
No extra fee does not mean no usage; work out the prompt count first.
If you are in one of the last two rows, start with a free Dageno Brand Explorer lookup on a real prospect, then decide. If research depth matters more than price, put two tools side by side on one real prospect for a week. If price matters most, rebuild the budget table with your own setup. For agencies that also need branded deliverables, our guide to white-label SEO tools for agencies covers the reporting side.
Why Dageno Works for Agencies: From Pre-sales Reports to Ongoing Delivery
From an agency's point of view, Dageno's advantages show up in six places: the pre-sales diagnosis before a client signs, and the research, evidence and delivery at scale afterward. Each point below says what it does for an agency first, then gives the evidence from Dageno's own pages and the limits.
Figure 3. From prospect lookup to monthly review. The first five steps happen before the client signs. Original diagram.
Advantage 1: A Pre-sales Report With No Setup, No Cost, in Seconds
This matters most to an agency: you can bring real data to a prospect before they sign.
In Brand Explorer, enter the prospect's brand or domain and pick a target market. You see how the brand shows up in AI answers. You do not write prompts, wait for a new collection cycle or buy a plan first. Dageno's page states that public market lookup is free forever, the data covers 12,000+ niche markets and 3,000,000+ brands, and results take about 5 seconds. If a prospect only gives you a URL, the free SEO and GEO/AEO report takes a domain and a target market and generates a visibility and content-coverage report for that region.
Figure 4. What one Brand Explorer lookup can add to a pre-sales report. Fields come from Dageno's Brand Explorer page; the figure contains no real data. Original diagram.
How hard it is to diagnose one prospect, by tool (from public pages):

What a pre-sales diagnosis requires
Dageno Brand Explorer
No (existing data)
Free public lookup, no paid plan needed
Ahrefs AI Visibility Index
No (pre-collected index)
Index from $199 a month
Peec AI
Yes, in a pitch project
Agency plan from $245 a month, with 3–7 pitch projects of 7 days each
Profound
Yes, in a pitch workspace
Agency Growth from $99 a month, 10 pitch workspaces a month of 7 days each
Otterly
Yes, in a pitch workspace
Standard from $189 a month, plus an Agency Partner application
What this shows: among these tools, only Dageno gives a prospect a first diagnosis with no payment and no prompt setup. For an agency, that means you can diagnose more prospects and spend your time on the few worth pursuing.
Limits: this only covers brands and markets already in Dageno's data. A first diagnosis is a starting point, not a replacement for a scoped audit. Ongoing monitoring, deeper analysis and exports depend on the plan.
Advantage 2: Find the Competitors and Products the Prospect Never Listed
This makes a pre-sales report more convincing: you can show a prospect who AI actually compares them with.
Prompt tracking only sees the brands and prompts you set up. Brand Explorer starts from every collected answer. It finds the companies, brands, products, media and creators in them and links them into one graph. So sub-brands, specific products, nicknames and rivals the prospect never listed still show up.
A hypothetical example: a running-shoe client lists two long-time rivals, but AI answers often recommend it alongside a newer brand. One of its main shoes is mentioned often but is rarely named first. Brand Explorer gives each sub-brand and product its own visibility, first-mention rate and average position. First-mention rate is the share of direct mentions where the entity is named first.
For the agency: the proposal can answer "who are we really competing with?" and carry that competitor list into the tracking plan after the client signs.
Advantage 3: Multi-market Clients at No Extra Platform or Region Fee
Many agency clients sell internationally, so one client can mean several countries. Here Dageno has the lowest barrier: from Starter, every plan includes 9 standard AI platforms and 86+ countries and regions, with no add-on fees for standard platforms or regions. That is Dageno's approach: data before pricing. Every team should be able to see the market first, then decide whether to buy. Public market lookups are free forever, and paid plans do not gate models or regions.

Advantage 4: Proposals With a Strategy, Not Just a Visibility Number
A prospect does not want to hear "your visibility is 12%". They want to know what to do first. Dageno's research features map straight onto proposal sections:
Figure 6. Market segment map. Each card shows the top brands and the selected brand's rank in one segment, which feeds the priority-markets part of a proposal. Example brand: Apple; cropped to the main panel.
Competitor research also shows whether a rival relies on its own site or on third-party sources: how much of its citations point to its own domains versus other sites. If a rival is mostly recommended through review sites, the proposal can name the review sites to pitch. This describes the source mix. It does not prove why AI recommends that rival.
Figure 7. Competitor research. It shows a rival's visibility share, how much it relies on its own domains, and the buying segments where it is strongest. Example: Xiaomi in the Smart Watches market; cropped to the main panel.
Advantage 5: Every Number Traces Back to the Original Answer
The question clients ask most is "where does this number come from?" Every Dageno finding keeps its market, model, region and time, and you can open the original answers and the cited pages. Different kinds of data are not merged into one score nobody can explain.
For the agency: in a monthly report, clients can check the evidence themselves, which cuts down the back-and-forth about whether the data can be trusted.
Limits: a citation only means the answer attached that link. A saved observation does not measure sales or prove why AI mentioned a brand.
Advantage 6: Five Clients on One Plan, Plus Partner Pre-sales Support
As delivery grows, Scale ($410 a month) includes 5 projects, unified comparison across brands and clients, API, batch configuration, data exports and monthly market reports. In the budget table above, at 5 clients it costs $85 a month less than Peec AI Agency Growth ($495) and far less than Profound (about $2,094). At 2 clients, Growth ($199) is enough; move to Scale at 3 to 5 clients.
For partnerships, Dageno's partner program says it gives service providers product, data, research methodology, pre-sales and delivery support, including client demos, solution support and sales materials. Delivery can run as agency, reseller or white-label, with a service-provider directory and joint marketing. Client referrals can also earn partnership rewards.
Limits: the partner program is open on a limited basis and reviewed manually. White-label is not granted automatically on application; brand presentation, client ownership and commercial terms are agreed per project.
When Dageno Is Not the First Choice
Light monitoring of a small, fixed prompt set, with all clients in one country: SE Visible or Otterly costs less.
Client logins and pitch projects built into one agency plan: Peec AI's agency plans include client users and pitch projects.
Already paying for Ahrefs or Semrush and only need a little AI visibility data: start with your existing add-on.
Start with one client brand and one specific market question. Run a free Brand Explorer lookup, see what evidence is already there and where deeper research is needed, and then decide between ongoing tracking and an agency partnership.
From pre-sales diagnosis to ongoing delivery, one data set for every client
What is the best GEO tool for marketing agencies managing multiple clients?
There is no single best tool; it depends on your client count and service model. If you win clients through pre-sales diagnosis and serve brands in several countries, Dageno has the clearest advantages: a free, no-setup pre-sales diagnosis, 9 platforms and 86+ regions on the entry plan, and every number traceable to the original answer. For low-cost monitoring across many projects, SE Visible and Otterly are the cheapest at public list prices. Peec AI and Profound offer dedicated agency plans with pitch workspaces.
Which GEO tools support multiple client brands or workspaces?
Peec AI agency plans (3, 10 or 25 projects), SE Visible (5, 10 or 30 projects), Otterly Standard and Premium (unlimited workspaces), Profound Agency Growth ($399 per client workspace) and Dageno Scale (5 projects) all publish multi-client limits. Scrunch and AthenaHQ handle agency capacity through sales.
How much do GEO tools cost for agencies managing 2–5 clients?
For ChatGPT plus Google AI Overviews, one region and daily tracking, public list prices range from $89 to about $2,100 a month. At 2 clients with 10 prompts each, SE Visible Basic costs $89, Otterly Standard $189, Dageno Growth $199 and Peec AI $245. At 5 clients with 20 prompts each, SE Visible Core and Otterly Standard cost $189, Dageno Scale $410, Peec AI Agency Growth $495 and Profound about $2,094.
What should an agency GEO client report include?
A brand overview with its scope, market segments, search intents, brand value propositions, competitors and citation evidence, and three to five priority actions. Monthly reports add work completed, changes under the same conditions, open issues and the next plan.
Can agencies audit a prospect's AI visibility without setting up prompts first?
Yes, where a tool has pre-collected data. Dageno Brand Explorer and the Ahrefs AI Visibility Index both let you look up a brand without writing prompts; Brand Explorer's public lookup is free, while the Ahrefs index starts at $199 a month. Coverage depends on the brand and market. Most other tools use pitch workspaces where you set up a short prompt list first.
Which GEO tool is best for agency pre-sales reports?
If the prospect's brand and market are already covered, Dageno Brand Explorer has the lowest barrier: free, no prompt setup, and a first result in about 5 seconds. It shows visibility, first-mention rate, average position, sub-brands and products, platform and market rank, co-mentioned rivals and cited sources. If you only have a URL, use Dageno's free SEO and GEO/AEO report. For brands outside that coverage, use the pitch workspaces in Peec AI, Profound or Otterly; you set up prompts first and need the matching paid plan.
What's the difference between AI visibility tracking and GEO research?
Tracking re-runs a fixed set of prompts to show change over time, for example weekly mention rates for 50 questions. Research explains the market behind those numbers: which segments, buyer intents, value propositions and sources shape the answers. Agencies usually need both.
Do GEO tools support white-label reports and client access?
Some do, on specific plans. Peec AI includes client users and shareable dashboards. Otterly Agency Partners get branded Looker Studio reports. SE Visible mentions client logins in its FAQ. Dageno offers white-label as a partnership path with terms agreed separately. Confirm the plan before you promise it to a client.
Can Ahrefs or Semrush replace a dedicated GEO platform?
For some agencies, yes. If you already pay for Ahrefs or Semrush and need light AI visibility tracking, their add-ons may be enough. Dedicated GEO platforms usually offer more on multi-client projects, measurement options and AI-specific research. Compare the added cost, not the full list price.
Conclusion
Choose a GEO tool by working backward from your agency. Count your clients. Convert each plan into questions × platforms × regions × frequency. Check project limits, then decide whether you are mainly selling monitoring or research. Lightweight trackers win on price for small, fixed prompt sets. Dedicated agency plans add pitch workspaces and client access. If your growth depends on pre-sales diagnosis and your clients sell in several countries, Dageno lets you diagnose a prospect for free before they sign, track them afterward with no extra fee per platform or region, and back every recommendation with original answers and sources. Whatever you choose, recheck prices before you sign. This guide reflects pricing pages as they stood on November 4, 2026.
